Fruit piece suspending agent

A hydrocolloid blend used for producing thin or fluid beverages to suspend fruit pieces, pulp, fruit purée, or other edible particulates such as basil seeds, chia seeds, or saffron.

It provides excellent stability in acidic beverages, and drinks formulated with this stabilizer can withstand thermal pasteurization processes effectively.
